Ingredients:
¾ cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
¾ cup milk or milk alternative
1 head cauliflower
¼ cup buffalo sauce or hot sauce (such as Frank’s Red Hot)
2 tablespoons coconut oil or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon honey
Preheat oven to 450˚F. Combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and milk in a bowl, mix well; this is your batter. Break or cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and add to the batter. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for ten minutes, flip, then bake for additional ten minutes. Combine hot sauce, coconut oil, and honey in a bowl, mix well. Brush sauce mixture over cauliflower and bake for another twenty minutes.
