VOLUNTEER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Volunteer Internships
at least three months of learning-by-doing at Wild Willow Farm and are ready to grow into budding new farmers and/or good food community advocates. This is an immersive program that provides a share in the farm bounty, free attendance to all Wild Willow classes and programming during the internship, one-on-one mentorship with our farmers, and the opportunity to train as a tour guide and trip leader.
We accept a handful of volunteer interns per season who are ready to commit to​
Program Requirements

2 to 3 days per week (min. 12 hrs/week Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday and Saturday)

Commitment to attending classes (most Saturdays and assist farm educators/leaders with setup and breakdown)

Timely arrival and excellent communication skills, especially pertaining to schedule and/or schedule changes

Willingness to work hard and contribute to the team

Ability to take initiative and assume responsibility

Drive to learn about growing food and being an ecological steward

Desire to deepen your connection with your food and the land

Cost
Once accepted, this program is free. Additionally, farm school and all classes during your volunteer internship are offered at no charge in exchange for your dedication and commitment to this program.
